Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please email info@lumimousse.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be processed or shipped. If your order has shipped, you can still return it once it arrives following this policy.
