LumiMousse is committed to an enjoyable and seamless shipping experience for every customer. Our Shipping Policy describes the shipping procedures and delivery times for LumiMousse orders as well as the carriers we use.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
We only ship to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed after payment has been received.
Order Cutoff Time:
7:00pm (PST)
Please note that any orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be shipped the next business day, adding 1 business day to the delivery time.
Handling Time:
1–2 business days, Monday–Friday
Processing of orders occurs on business days only and does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Our products are shipped once they are paid for and processed. Delivery time depends on the shipping option and destination.
Transit Time:
6–8 business days, Monday–Friday
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
7–10 business days
Please note that our estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by a variety of factors including customs, weather, carrier errors, national holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the following locations:
United States of America
No minimum order is required unless stated during promotional periods.
Paid Shipping (if applicable)
For delivery outside of our free shipping zones, a fee will be calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Carriers
For safe and reliable delivery, we use leading local courier companies within each shipping region.

We assign carriers based on location and product type.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipment details.

We ship items within 48 hours of purchase and allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
7. Delivery Issues
Packages that are delayed, marked delivered but not received, lost, or damaged require immediate attention. Please notify our customer support team.
Once the issue is reported to the relevant shipping carrier, we will work with them to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LumiMousse is not liable for delays or failure to receive products due to incorrect shipping addresses.
